This workshop will examine the subtle anatomy of the energetic meridians from the yoga therapeutic model. Meridians are the energetic pathways of the body in which energy flows. Fatigue and stress reflect a quality that energy, or prana, is not properly circulating in ones system.
Learn the relationship to yoga, to your emotions, and to the connective fascia tissue.
Participants will learn simple techniques to find and activate acupressure points - in order to manage stress in both themselves and working with clients.
