This immersion is open to all levels of experience to dive deeper into the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. The focus of this immersion will cover Yogi Bhajan's teachings on astrology and numerology and how to utilize these powerful tools to enhance your life. 

You will learn the basics, get to practice, and experience using the tools of astrology and numerology. The day will also include Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to deepen the connection to the celestial energy.

We will cover:
• A yogic perspective of the 12 sun signs
• Asanas/kriyas relating to astrological influences
• Determining your personal strengths and challenges
• Determining your personal monthly/yearly cycle with numerology
• Creating a personal meditation and yoga practice based on your astrology/numerology

Everyone is welcome. No experience required.
