This workshop will cover the major influences of the year looking at the numerology, major transits, eclipses, and cosmic factors that will shape the year ahead. Practical insights on how to harness the breakthrough energetic of the year will be shared with yogic, meditative, and taoist tools. The second half of class,  Amanbir will teach Kundalini Yoga and deep meditation to align with the energies available to us this year.
